Role Players

This form serves as registration to be included in the roster of role players at Guardian Centers of Georgia. Role Players are contractors who are utilized during certain disaster response exercises. As a role player, you will be called upon to act as a victim, casualty, and/or opposition force to responders and exercise participants. Since each exercise/training evolution at Guardian Centers is unique, you will be briefed on more details once contacted for an upcoming event. Training Specialist – CBRNE/HAZMAT

Guardian Centers of Georgia is looking for a training specialist. The Training Specialist – HAZMAT/CBRNE has the responsibility of assisting the Director HAZMAT/CBRNE with designing, constructing and implementing innovative, realistic training scenarios at the Georgia Campus and at the client’s locations.  Specifically, the training will focus on identification, detection and decontamination techniques for chemical, biological, radiological, high yield explosives and TIC/TIM. The training will include but is not limited to the execution of multi-agency training scenarios that utilize the National Response Framework, National Incident Management Systems and the Operational Readiness Exercise Evaluation Program. SIGNIFICANT TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

Market Analyst

The Market Analyst will work closely with the CEO, VP Business Development and Business Development team to optimize go-to market strategies and maximize revenue growth. The Market Analyst will be responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns. The Market Analyst will support proposal development for Business Development pursuit of specific opportunities. The Market Analyst reports to the CEO.

Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative support to the members of the Company’s Program Management team which includes but is not limited to the Program Director, Division Chief, and the Administrative Officer.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Vice President of Operations and Operations team to ensure the Guardian Centers' Perry location runs smoothly without complication.  This role is responsible for such duties as preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

Regional Training Coordinator (RTC)

We are seeking a Regional Training Coordinator (RTC) to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for all WMD training in your assigned geographic regions. This process will include identifying training priorities for the region and coordinating with the DS Regional Directors and Regional Security Officers (RSOs) to arrange the necessary training to meet overall WMD goals. You will also be responsible for oversight, and or participation in all aspects of planning, monitoring, managing and delivering contractor services within the region. This is a non-supervisory position.

Training Instructor, WMD

We are seeking WMD Instructors to become an integral part of our team! You will deliver contractor services onsite at an overseas training venue, including assembling and deploying the training team, leading that team on site and monitoring team performance. As the Senior Instructor you will respond to DOS requirements for trip/training reports and coordinate with the Regional Training Coordinator, Program Director and the Contracting Officer’s representative in overseeing and ensuring successful program performance.

Program Manager (PM)

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to join our team! The Project Manager is the senior on-site contract supervisor who provides direction to the contract personnel and serves as the principal management interface between Program Director and contract staff. This is a managerial/supervisory position. The person in this role will be required to travel overseas to hostile and austere environments.

Director, Active Shooter & Tactical Programs

The Director, Active Shooter and Tactical Programs is responsible for the Guardian Centers active shooter portfolio of courses.  This includes the Distributed Attack Response Tactics (DART) program, also referred to as, Multi-Assault Counter Terrorism Action Capabilities (MACTAC), which is a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sponsored course under the National Training and Education Division (NTED).  The Director is responsible for supporting all federal, state and local law enforcement agencies who request training via grant funding from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emgerency Management Agency (FEMA), National Training and Education Division (NTED).
