Guardian Centers of Georgia LLC is seeking an elite Direct Action Instructor to provide expert instruction and operational support in precision military operations. This contract position is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in offensive, high-risk missions targeting high-value objectives. The role requires advanced skills in raids, ambushes, hostage rescues, and precision strikes, with an emphasis on achieving mission success swiftly and with minimal collateral damage.

Position Description:

As a Direct Action Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering tactical training and operational support in high-stakes, time-sensitive missions. You will instruct military and law enforcement personnel in short-duration offensive operations such as raids, ambushes, and hostage rescues. Your role will include teaching close-quarters battle (CQB), breaching, and stealth techniques designed for direct action missions targeting high-value objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction in direct action tactics, including raids, ambushes, hostage rescues, and precision strikes.
• Train personnel in advanced offensive operations, emphasizing speed, stealth, and precision in high-threat environments.
• Lead hands-on training in close-quarters battle (CQB), breaching, and high-value target capture or elimination.
• Instruct military and law enforcement personnel in mission planning and execution for direct action operations.
• Integrate offensive tactics into broader training programs, ensuring personnel are prepared for real-world, high-value target missions.
• Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and provide student performance feedback on direct action training scenarios.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Ensure readiness of tactical gear and equipment used in direct action training exercises.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in special operations or elite military units such as SEAL Teams, Special Forces ODAs, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in direct action operations, including raids, CQB, and precision strikes.
• Ability to instruct personnel in offensive, time-sensitive missions in simulated high-stress environments.
• Proficiency in tactical mission planning, breaching techniques, and stealth operations.
• Familiarity with advanced tactical equipment and close-quarters combat techniques.
