Privacy Policy
Effective September 24, 2026. This policy explains what Guardian Centers of Georgia, LLC ("Guardian Centers", "we") collects when you use guardiancenters.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.
Who we are
Guardian Centers of Georgia, LLC operates a disaster-preparedness and tactical training campus in Perry, Georgia. Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold about you, can be sent by using the contact form on this site, by telephone at (478) 224-5700, or by post to Guardian Centers of Georgia, LLC, Perry, Georgia.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a message through the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, organization, the discipline you are interested in, and your message. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account, make a payment or upload a file.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records the pages requested, the time, the requesting IP address and the browser used, in logs kept for security and troubleshooting. We also use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, how far down a page visitors scroll, how long they stay, and the approximate location, device and browser of each visit. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognise a returning browser; see "Cookies and analytics" below.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and, where you have asked about training, to follow it up.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To keep the site secure and to investigate misuse.
- If you have expressed interest in our training, to keep in touch about it. Every such message tells you how to stop receiving them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and answer enquiries, each of which handles it on our instructions: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our e-mail provider (Microsoft 365 and, for delivery of form submissions, Google), the workflow service that passes form submissions to us (n8n), Google (analytics), and, when we use it for follow-up, Salesforce (Pardot). We will also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety or property of Guardian Centers, our customers or the public.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies that distinguish one browser from another and measure how the site is used. Google's own use of that data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent it by blocking cookies in your browser, by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by using a browser extension that blocks trackers. The site works normally without those cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us, after which they are deleted. Web server logs are kept for a short, rolling period. Google Analytics data is retained for the period set in our Google Analytics account, currently the shortest Google offers.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the systems that hold enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by using the contact form on this site, by telephone at (478) 224-5700, or by post to Guardian Centers of Georgia, LLC, Perry, Georgia. We will answer within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority; we will honour those rights where they apply.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and organizations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sensitive and controlled information
Please do not send classified, controlled unclassified, export-controlled or otherwise sensitive government information through the contact form. It is a general enquiry channel and is not approved for such material. Use the channels agreed in your contract or with your Guardian Centers point of contact.
Links to other sites
Pages on this site link to other organizations' sites — for example the pages where job applications are made, and videos hosted on YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always at this address.
