Company Overview:
Guardian Centers of Georgia LLC is seeking an experienced Tactical Combat Instructor to deliver specialized tactical training to military and law enforcement personnel. This contract position requires individuals who can provide instruction in advanced tactical procedures and combat scenarios.
Position Description:
As a Tactical Combat Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training in simulated, high-stress, tactical environments, that represent real-world combat situations. You will work with military and law enforcement personnel to ensure their readiness in advanced operational tactics, weapons handling, and mission execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in advanced tactical operations, weapons handling, and combat techniques.
- Lead tactical training scenarios, simulating real-world operational challenges.
- Train military and law enforcement personnel in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), urban combat, direct action, and reconnaissance operations.
- Instruct students on mission planning, execution, and operational risk management.
- Work alongside other tactical instructors to deliver comprehensive, multi-faceted training programs.
- Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) to evaluate performance and provide improvement feedback.
- Develop and perform quality control on training materials.
- Maintain detailed training records and provide student performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of operational experience in a military role that involved combat operations and mission execution.
- Expertise in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), urban warfare, and field reconnaissance.
- Ability to lead and instruct students in simulated high-stress, dynamic situations.
- Familiarity with the use of advanced tactical gear and equipment.
- Strong proficiency in firearms, combat tactics, and mission planning.
- U.S. military SOF experience greatly preferred (e.g., Army Rangers, Navy SEALs, Special Forces, MARSOC, or equivalent).
