Company Overview:

Guardian Centers of Georgia LLC is seeking a skilled Tactical Response Instructor to provide support and instruction for tactical response operations. This contract position requires individuals with significant experience in tactical law enforcement or military operations, who can both execute and train others in specialized tactical techniques for high-risk situations.

Position Description:

As a Tactical Response Instructor, you will be responsible for providing operational support during tactical missions and delivering training to military and law enforcement personnel in advanced tactical response techniques. You will ensure trainees are prepared for real-world missions by delivering hands-on instruction in high-threat scenarios such as hostage rescue, barricade situations, and active shooter responses.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction in tactical response in high-risk situations, including hostage rescues, active shooter incidents, and high-stakes law enforcement operations.
  • Deliver training in advanced tactical operations, including Close Quarters Battle (CQB), tactical movement, and breaching techniques.
  • Instruct personnel on mission planning, tactical decision-making, and operational execution in high-threat environments.
  • Lead hands-on training scenarios, simulating real-world tactical response situations.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop comprehensive training programs.
  • Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) to evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide reports on student progress.
  • Ensure readiness of all tactical gear and equipment used during training exercises.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in tactical response operations, law enforcement, or military combat roles.
  • Proven experience in tactical operations, CQB, and mission execution in high-threat environments.
  • U.S. military or law enforcement experience in tactical units (SWAT, Special Forces, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in tactical decision-making, operational planning, and mission execution.
  • Familiarity with advanced tactical equipment and gear used in law enforcement and military operations.
